Some family and friends are also going to be climbing Ben Nevis in aid of the Foundation with some founders and supporters of The Butterfly Club on Saturday 28th July 2012. Good luck with the training everyone and we hope you have a cracker of a day for it xxx

Scott Gilmour is planning to do a sponsored bungee jump for the Foundation after his exams are finished in June  Thanks for choosing to support the Foundation, Scott and we wish you the best of luck xxx Scott raised an impressive £517.12 xx – you’re a wee star!!!

For ‘one night only’ Strange Honey are getting back together to do a special gig for the Foundation on Saturday 19th May in Taylors, Kilwinning.  The Speeches will also be coming along to do a set on the night.  This event has been organised by Alan Waugh & Ian Bothwell. A Country & Western Night will be held in Castlepark Community Centre on Friday 18th May 2012. Tickets £5 and available from Castlepark Community Centre. Chuck Wagon will be open on night, A huge thank you to everyone who came on the night and donated raffle prizes.  After paying costs, we raised £260  I hope everyone had a fab night x Thank you to Billy & Wilson for providing some great entertainment x

An old friend from Uni, Karen Jaskot, is going to be cycling 70 miles with some friends to help raise some funds for the Foundation on Saturday 16th June 2012  A big heartfelt thank you to you all and we wish you the best of luck xxx

Joan Purves, our very dear family friend in Australia, is asking family, friends & colleagues to sponsor her to shave her hair off …Joan, you are bonkers, but we totally admire you for going to such lengths to raise money for the Foundation… you are a STAR!!! xxx Joan has raised an impressive $1000 so far x

The Foundation are having a Family Prize Bingo in Castlepark Community Centre on Friday 3rd February 2012.  Doors open 7pm – Eyes down 7.30pm  This event will be held every 6 weeks. Entry will be £1 which includes tea/coffee & biscuits.  Books 50p each.  Fantastic raffle prizes also up for grabs.
